However, if you are not completely happy with it or simply changed your mind, we are more than happy to exchange it or give you a refund.

We truly want to provide the best experience to our customers so our number one priority is to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience.

Can I return my item(s)?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if your item is eligible. Please note that a return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original conditions with no signs of damage
  • The items must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging
  • You must provide your order number or receipt
  • The OudnMusk sticker must still be on the product in its original condition

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Opened and used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Gift cards
  • Custom orders
  • Items sold on sale or with a special discount are not refundable (final sale)
  • Items missing the original OudnMusk sticker

Items sent back without first contacting us will be refused.

Items purchased in the store must be returned to the store.

Can I make an exchange?

Exchanges based on damage or incorrect order

If your order arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong order, we’ll happily either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label

Exchanges based on Personal Preference

We understand that fragrance is highly personal and may wear differently depending on individual taste and skin chemistry. If a scent isn’t the right fit, please submit a return request, and once approved, place a new order for your new fragrance.

Exchanged items must meet the same return qualifications listed above. (That means that the items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging and tags with no signs of damage).

All preference-based exchanges must follow the same cancellation and return procedures outlined in our main Return Policy.

Preference-based exchanges are evaluated case-by-case, and we reserve the right to deny returns that arrive damaged, used, or missing original packaging.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or apply the exchange toward another fragrance of your choice. Please note that a return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected for exchange processing and issuance of store credit or a replacement order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified error on our part.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it must go through the standard return process.

How do I start a return request?

Follow the simple steps below to return your item(s)

We’ll review your request and send details on how to return your item(s), including a prepaid label if applicable.

  1. Pack the fragrance in its original package to prevent damage in transit, or use a sturdy box
  2. Print the return label and attach it securely to your package (use only the label we provide, unauthorized returns may be refused).
  3. Drop off your package at the carrier listed on your return label

If using your own shipping method, make sure to use a trackable service and keep the receipt.

Please note that returns due to personal preference, such as not liking the scent, a return label may be provided, with the cost of return shipping deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product shows usage, damage, missing packaging, missing tags or signs of tampering, or if the request falls outside the eligible return period.

Order processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to process.
  • As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your perfume every step of the way.

How long does delivery take?

We know you want your new OudnMusk perfume ASAP!

We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $50 so you don’t need to pay for unnecessary shipping costs. Plus we use tracked shipping for all orders so you can see exactly where your order is anytime!

Lost or Damaged Packages

We ship all our orders in sturdy boxes to protect the product but in the rare cases your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us at info@oudnmuskusa.com and we will immediately ship you a new order completely free of charge. For more information, refer to our Return Policy.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays, lost shipment, or additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.

We cannot refund orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If a package is lost, delayed, or marked Delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.

We will assist where possible but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or replacements may be subject to carrier approval and are not guaranteed.

Damaged shipment

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of damage
  • Clear photos of product, packaging and shipping label

We will review the claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund. (see our Return Policy).

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

To protect customers and comply with shipping regulations, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed or shipped. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at info@oudnmuskusa.com

If the order has not yet shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to update the address,but we cannot guarantee the change.

If we cannot change the address, you may request to cancel the order (only if it has not shipped) and place a new order with the correct address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Correct street address and unit/apartment number
  • Valid name and phone number
  • Accurate ZIP or postal code

If an order is returned to us due to undeliverable or incorrect address:

  • Reshipment fees will be charged to the customer for a second attempt.
  • Alternatively, we may issue a refund (minus the original shipping cost), once the package is returned.

If the carrier delivers to the wrong address because of incorrect information you provided, we are not responsible for replacement or reimbursement. We’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee resolution.
